We had so much fun the first time, we decided to do it again!

Come join us at Rolling Ridge Retreat Center near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia on Friday October 24th at 10 AM through Sunday October 26th at 3 PM. Come tune in to yourself, and the world around you through hikes, solo forest bathing, and experiential activities hosted by myself and the local nature guides on site.  Rolling Ridge is located on a 1600-acre nature preserve.  With miles of trails and fall foliage in peak color, this is sure to be a restorative experience for us all.

$200 deposit due upon signing up.
